The Prana Center Acting for Kids & Yoga for Everyone!

A Beginner's Yoga series is a great introduction for new students, and a wonderful way to brush up on the basics if you're a little rusty. When practiced safely with a certified teacher, Yoga can help you improve strength, flexibility and balance, and is wonderfully relaxing.

Instructor Michele Proulx has a devoted following who love her kind and gentle manner and clear way of explaining the fundamentals. Michele was trained at the Kripalu Center for Yoga and Health

We had a wonderful two weeks learning and performing the show "Pure Imagation!" Campers grades K-9 performed songs from a variety of Junior Musicals, including Willy Wonka, Elf, Annie and so many more! Thanks to everyone for a fabulous summer!

Our 2nd week of Summer Stock featured a new version of the classic children's book, A Little Princess, with 28 actors grades 3-8. With wonderful accents and beautiful costumes and sets, this production looked like the creative team and students had spent far more than a week planning and rehearsing! Congratulations to all!

Our Summer Stock students presented a vivid production of "The Girls of Salem," a retelling of the events surrounding the Salem Witch Trial. After a spring audition and read-through, the actors worked for just 5 days before presenting this thought-provoking work. Bravo!
